Terms & Conditions
Effective 7 November 2026. These terms govern access to and use of the Pentrak platform.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Pentrak, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The service
Pentrak provides tools for estimating pension contributions from configured salary tables and rates, saving calculation history, and generating reports. Each account includes a limited number of complimentary calculations so you can confirm the figures. Continued calculator use, unmasked saved amounts, and report downloads require an active subscription, except where complimentary administrator access applies. Estimates are informational. They are not official pension statements, financial advice, or a substitute for records held by your pension administrator or employer.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators may deactivate accounts that are misused or that no longer require access. Inactive accounts cannot sign in until restored by an administrator.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Pentrak only for lawful pension-tracking purposes connected to your own records, or for authorised administration. You must not attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with the service, submit harmful content, or circumvent security or rate limits.
5. Records and reports
Saved calculations store the figures computed at the time of saving. Later salary-table changes do not rewrite those snapshots. Shared report links expire and should be treated as confidential.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Pentrak available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free estimates. Salary tables, contribution rates, and features may change as official structures and platform needs evolve.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pentrak is not liable for decisions made solely on estimated figures, for loss arising from unauthorised access caused by a weak or shared password, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
9. Contact
