Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about accounts, estimates, reports, and how Pentrak keeps your records private.
Pentrak is built for government and public-service officers who need a clear view of pension contribution estimates and a private place to keep those records. Administrators manage salary tables, users, and system settings.
Use Registration with your name, email, phone number, and a strong password. After you sign up or sign in, you are taken straight to your dashboard, where calculators, contribution history, reports, and profile settings are available.
No. Pentrak calculates estimates from the salary tables and contribution rates configured on the platform. Saved calculations are snapshots of those estimates. They are not official RSA statements and should not replace records from your pension administrator.
Each account includes 3 complimentary pension calculations, covering both single-month and multi-period estimates. The calculator shows how many attempts remain. After those estimates, an annual subscription keeps the calculator available without limits and unlocks unmasked reports and PDF download.
Yes. After you have saved calculations, open Reports, choose a period, and preview the result. You can view it as a PDF, download it, or share a time-limited signed link.
You can see your own dashboard, calculations, contributions, and reports. Administrators can review calculation history and manage users for platform operations. Other officers cannot open your records.
Use Forgot password on the login page to receive a reset link by email. For other questions, send a message through the Contact page and we will respond as soon as we can.
If your question is not listed, contact the Pentrak team.
