Privacy Policy
Effective 7 November 2026. This notice explains how Pentrak handles personal information entrusted to the platform.
1. Who we are
Pentrak is a pension contribution tracking application for public-service officers. This policy covers information processed when you visit the public website, create an account, or use authenticated tools such as calculators, reports, and profile settings.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details you provide (such as name, email address, phone number, staff number, and organisation), messages sent through the contact form, calculation and contribution records you save, and technical data needed to operate the service (such as session cookies and security logs).
3. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, provide pension estimates and reports, respond to enquiries, maintain salary tables and system settings, and protect the platform against misuse. We do not sell personal information.
4. Sharing
Personal records are available to you and, where required for operations, to authorised administrators. We may also share information if the law requires it, or with service providers who host or operate the application under confidentiality obligations.
5. Retention and security
We keep account and calculation records while your account remains active and for as long as needed for audit, security, and legal obligations. Access is restricted by authentication, session controls, and role-based authorisation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you should choose a strong password.
6. Your choices
You may update profile details, change your password, and request help through the Contact page. Depending on applicable Nigerian data-protection rules, you may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to records we must retain.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent through our Contact page.
